Just guessing, but it would probably be possible to create different terrain types using Project X. You would have to be a pretty skilled programmer to make it happen, though.

Lol j0e, it's been a while, I just stopped by to say hi ;D

u can do this with mapgen, u import ur own textures/soil/objects as image files

SiD

It's possible to use this: http://worms2d.info/WA_directory_editor
to edit/create new Level.dir files (which are on the CD)

Here's one I made earlier:

It takes some fiddling and I wouldn't recommend it.

As Husk said, use mapgen. It's more user friendly and compatible.

SiD that looks amazing... how can I use that? also if I were to use that tetris texture in wormnet, would the other players in the game need to download the same file from a link or something?

btw I was never good in tetris, but I like it alot =P my fastest clear of 40 lines is 1 minute 50 55 seconds... know any good online head-to-head tetris websites? tetrisfriends is fun xD

I guess you'd need to replace these textures on your PC, then generate a map offline using built-in map editor and save it as a png map.

Mega`Adnan

Vn1 SiD, I hope this tetris texture would become reality in future WA update. :)

Great theme, SiD. Do you still happen to have the source files for the theme? They could be included with a MapGEN update, if you like (right now there aren't many user-created themes bundled with MapGEN by default).
Dec 30 2013 23:59:44 <StepS> windowed mode isn't the only thing you need about frontend
Dec 30 2013 23:59:49 <StepS> you need it to be actually bigger
Dec 31 2013 00:00:13 <StepS> it actually is very small on my 15-inch full HD screen
Dec 31 2013 00:00:25 <StepS> while running at 640x480 or stretched mode makes it fuzzy
Dec 31 2013 00:00:44 <StepS> this problem has been around since the Worms Armageddon's release and no one has even tried to beat it

Hey altarf! Been a while indeed.

I misunderstood OP - thought he meant different "types" of terrain like ice, glass, rubber etc. Which you'd need PX for. That tetris theme is super cool.
