Since I miss
W:A the clicky noise of my mechanical IBM so much I thought it would be time for an early x-mas present (my b-day was 3 days ago you unfriendly bastards). It's a QPad Gaming keyboard with MX Blue switches (the ones that make the most noise :D). It should be here in about 2-3 days.

So let's see what this beauty can do, even if it sucks for W:A I will love the tactile feel to it again when writing. :)

ah, crap I missed your day. Hope it was good dude.
And yeah, put that piece of **** to work and play worms.

blue switches? eww, not sure about those, let me know

Black and Red are absolutely no-go in my opinion, they are linear and/or make no noise when activated. I was thinking about browns, which is basically blue-light but I want the real deal. :P I bought it not with W:A in mind though, I will test it yeah but if it disappoints I wouldn't care since that is not the reason I want a Blue one. :)

bei vielen Benutzern ist dieses Klicken aber längst Kult.
okay ;D
And happy birthday Anubis, a lil late :)

I got the reds and they are pretty awesome..

Any MX Cherry is awesome compared to any rubberdome kb, no question. They all act the same in terms of contact-delay and responsibility. It's just the difference in how much strength you need to activate the keys, if you feel (tactile) when the key is registered and if it makes a clicky noise.

Just made a little test-run on W:A, seems pretty good to me. :)
