I have seen guys registered to TUS and 20 minutes later got their first loss against Asbhest jiaia.

I'd say TUS admins/mods should be slightly stricter in general and especially with people like Asbest. He noobash his way into leagues, he spams #AG, he insulted many people in PM, he could never lose a game without shooting insults at the opponent, he was caught cheating many times... is it necessary to continue the list?
The question is: why does he get fame and top spots instead of a lifetime ban from everywhere?
Well, if TUS can't react at such stuff adeqately, then what happens to it right now is fully deserved.

Asbest is the worst noob basher since Chelsea, and I can't believe he's actually stupid enough to think we would accept him because he plays 10% of his games with good players.
You wanna know why TuS is dying? Because the MODs accept this kind of bullsh*t on a day to day basis, I can recall at least a couple times where I should have been banned and wasn't, it's ridiculous...

1) Yes Asbest should be banned. He was given lifetime ban before (for good reason) so probably should never have been unbanned in the first place. He is showing that he cannot play the league properly.
2) I agree with Komo, anyone posting messages for him should be muted too.
3) Any of these ideas from kaleu would help the noob-bashing situation:
About bashing just signed in players:
Maybe we should add 1 week cooldown and/or take part in some tournament/cup before playing classic?
Just a simple idea.
Edit: Maybe some forum posts or requesting to play in a new board could work too.

he gets less points for each win, soon he will win like 5 points per game. he will simply run out of noobs. its really funny because you cry all the time about your reset. you want to reset stats because in your opinion its impossible to get first because the guys with good overall rating dont play anymore.

It amuses me how often you exaggerate things, I have almost 10k posts here but have like 100k+ games since 1999, i've played more official non-funner games than most people since 1999, my posts are ridiculously more than anyone else here and even they have played more games than they made posts.
And the reason I post here a lot is because I enjoy being a part of this community and it's an important part of my life, do you have a problem with that? Would you rather nobody visit here at all?

Normally you post for someone banned just once.. than MODs should prevent from this. It has happened to me when I was banned and to me posting for others. Abset shouldn't be an exception.

You can´t just ban a player because he is noob-bashing when there is no rule / indication in the rules against it what so ever. The only rule maybe in this direction is the limitied amount of games per seoson vs one player.
I personally think it is difficult to implement rules / systems against noob-bashing. But at least we can try to get some ideas here.
For the idea, that a new player should have a cooldown before playing classic league: I think it might be a bit frustrating for the new players when you cant play imideatly. At least that would be the case for me.

New players after registering should receive msg from bot especially made to inform new members. For example:
That bot will give newbies links to download all league schemes, other link would be all rules for mentioned schemes, and third link shall be example replays for each of them.
I imagine it's not that hard to make, and it could help them a lot. Only few of them are willing to spend time to search all of that stuff themselves on a site they've never been to.
EDIT: half of the games asbest played last 2 weeks, players didn't even know the rules. I saw him playing shopper scheme with banana in it. Dunno if they used it, but cmon :)

There are more than 100 players a lot weaker than Asbest registered to TuS, if you want to turn a blind eye to the truth suit yourself.
For the past 7-8 years i've focused a lot more in competitive official games than funners, with Clanners, Singles, Darts stuff, Challenges, Tournaments etc, again you can turn a blind eye to the truth if you wish but at the end of the day you are still wrong.
I do however enjoy your ridiculous posts :)

1) Noob-bashing is not against the rules. Phanton did the same thing for years but I don't remember a thread like this. It's ok as long as the new guy knows he is playing a tus game.

Imo you should gain/lose less points against new players (until their overall rating has settled). Now u can lose tons of points against a returning pro like danceman or get easy points from a noob whose actual level is way below 1000 points.

Apart from he is ignorant, jewish fascist, misanthrope etc. and I have personal antipathy to him, I'm arguing impartially. He abuses chat and people's peace of mind definitely. After lots of PM insults he writes me and calls on to play league as though nothing has occurred. People who justifies him don't know how he talks to people in Russian. I guess you don't know asbest, virtually anyone that knows him well knows that if you displease him somehow (doesn't take much) he threatens to rape your family and decapitate them. People are entertained by his antics because he seems so unhinged, but at the end of the day he just spews hatred. Don't know if this should get him banned, though. To me its not a clear cut case like vesuvio or worm_gamer.

If he plays with someone else while you're still on channel, open a complaint topic in forum with proofs provided. Punishment could be voiding games he won by avoiding you or being have to arrange for a league game with complaint owner.
Best idea I can think of. I think similar action was taken when Prince_Egypt avoided Casso on HAL.

Avoiding rule:
If someone is avoiding, you must save screen shots as proof and post them in a complaint thread. Mods will discuss and if they agree, you can report a free win and that gives the avoider one week of time to play that game. In the case of a clan avoiding, only the players online at the time of the avoid can play.

If you going to ban Asbest from leagues, i think he should be banned completely, maybe IP ban will be even better so he could not abuse karma system, since he is banned from forums too and his presence here is not necessary. After all, he will get time to work or study finally.

In the deep I don't want any rule to be added exclusively because 1 guy abusing the system, I want his games deleted and future abusers banned, everyone that wants to play a game competitively must have some common sense, noone should go full retard abusing players like that because there is not a very specific rule, its a matter of common sense. WA/TUS is pretty dead, why we should create another rule that might discourage new players? Isn't it better to ban 1,2.. player and get it done than possibly discourage dozens of newbies?
