Off the top of my head Chelsea:
1st we need to ask MI if we are allowed to accept a permanent ban for the loser.
2nd we need to draw up terms & conditions.
3rd we need valid proof it REALLY is us accepting terms & conditions.
4th we need to somehow make sure no one is cheating.
