I went through the recent league games with Saint, and noticed that all have "Winner's pick" and "Elite/Intermediate" schemes being played, with no corresponding opponent's pick played/reported:

I always agree with my opponent about the choice of the General scheme (elite) even today I offered you to play TUS elite and you agreed,I thought you agreed to the same choice, but you only told me about your choice when I had to go.I appeal to all players who I offer to play Elite, tell me in advance about your choice thanx

First of all, I just joined your "elite" lobby with no intention to play the league. Then you asked me whether I want to play TUS with: "budesh tus?". I said yes, and that defaults to "TUS Default" league.

Even though the lobby name was named as "elite", there was nothing specific in your proposal which would clearly denote my agreement on "Elite-only" TUS. I apologize my possible inattentiveness to infer this, but things like that should always be explicit.

Moreover, the default TUS league requires both players to take a pick:

I haven't invented anything, those are league rules. But I wonder whether they're still up-to-date... 

There was "TUS Elite" league, but it's not active right now.

So, in theory we should've played at least two Elite games, but the "pick" would be "forced" from your side anyway, defeating the purpose of existing league system.

Am I right or am I right? 

Feel free to delete this game MI/moderators, if you're still here. I got emotional here. The league is dying anyway so I don't see the point.
