So like... next time we play boom race, we can't just go foward? we must just look for spots where we can squeeze through to skip 60% of the map? I am not blaming Lupa, but the creator of this poor map. It's ridiculous that half of this map can be skipped by falling into an ordinary hole (which doesn't even require skill, like common shortcuts in the other races). I have seen similar passageways in battle races with invisible tiny black lines, to prevent passing, as it should be done everywhere. It feels like the player is punished for being skilled, for not falling into a pitch, and for trusting that the creator of the map provides a proper race...
EDIT: Just now I noticed that in the last Boom Race that I had with Lupa (1vs1), another Charles' map, at the very beginning had a shortcut skipping 70% of the entirety of the race... Seriously? wtf? why not just fix these? You make players skip ~60 of their flights. How would you feel if you were supposed to play Rope Race, you would pull off the best swings out there, and some newbie would just go outside the map, climb to the rooftop, and walk his way on the top of it, to get to the Finish?
