I still have Microsoft Office Powerpoint 2003. What better way to use it than to make this stupid thing out of the near-laughable WordArt feature? Normal size, intended for normal deathmatches, no rogue pixels that I know of or predefined objectives or anything like that. Feel free to make your own by turning this map into a clever singleplayer mission, you would have my approval.
