the map contains a txt file (Instructions.txt) and the wsc scheme, both seem to be compressed in a zip-like way.

Statik:
1. Download PNG.
2. Change the file's extension to ZIP.
3. Open the archive.
4. ? ? ?
5. PROFIT!

Good. I knew Russian people will be first to show it. But... In instructions.txt I promised a cookie to first mapper who makes map with a similar archive and uploads it to WMDB. Accept ne1?

BTW: there's also .WAgame explainig what is drive-by.

P.S.: No need to change format to .zip (hint: it's actually .rar ;)) - just use "open as".
