Rules include being able to use fastwalk anytime, and you are only allowed to teleport to other teleport boxes. Weapon graphics were custom designed by me. The sprites used were ripped by me as well and was used in my new program WormMM(http://www.wmdb.org/WormMM.zip) to build the map.
