each game has a report that contains information about the game, as well as an instruction that describes 4 types of disconnects. By comparing files from two players, you can find out exactly who made the disconnect and who is lying.
Apart from empty statements, I have not heard anything from you yet. Imagine the names of the players, I think this will be a list of all known liars 

BTW those games you won with me were played on top class level. You really showed skills and beat me like a child. I admit, congrats. Not many players can whoop me like that. IF we meet in cup I'm counting you will show that class again. I love playing with tough opponents.
