Yep, too many threads popping up to remove hysteria in all these years, I think Hysteria had it coming for good. When people struggle to accept a scheme, there must be something wrong with it, right? Worry no more! Hysteria is now available in HAL, where it really belongs.

For those who are sad, I must say that several years anti-hysteria players tolerated this scheme, now it's your turn to cut them some slack.
Hysteria is removed as of today. Please report your future hysteria games in HAL.

BnG:
- Infinite Teleport
- Infinite Shotgun
- Activating /ts. (teststuff) Holding off space won't fire a full power shot.
- One girder, no usage restrictions
