ForceNoSnow=0and my local clock shows (at the time of writing this) 2018-01-25 16:13 CEST, so it is NOT Christmas.
Also, I downloaded the update you just made, deleted the ini I had and it doesn't fix the problem.

I do have snow enabled, but I configured it for removal of it, previously it worked, but now the laggy snow overrides it

WMD players were promised a whole list of things that never got incorporated, and we were also promised new terrain themes after the launch of the Nintendo Switch version. The Switch version has been out for a while now and there's been no news whatsoever of when the new themes are going to be released on Steam.

Isn't just having a 2nd monitor pulled up to the twitch chat the easier solution? And what about replay files? I get that you're referencing Minecraft's onboard streaming capabilities here, but what about switching between writing on your Twitch chat and writing to the game chat?
