Flori: The only reason people go by whole seconds is for convenience, it doesn't make sense at all to check the exact times and then not go by them. Also, it would be much more logical go by a 1 second margin of error regardless of the truncated times, so that 105.5 and 106.5 would be considered a draw.

This is perfectly logical but, at the same time, no one would agree on, which proves to me that checking ds in all rr's is the right thing to do if you use a detached approach to the scheme.

At the same time, draws are fun and make things exciting, but arent 100% fair for the person who had the fastest time  but was still within the same second of the opponent.

My solution would be this:

- Use ds on 1v1 only to judge a winner after 4-5 draws for the same game, and

- Use ds on 2v2 all the time because of the big error it can leave.

Nonetheless, I cant see why would anyone fix what isnt broken. I'd say opponents simply state beforehand their intentions on the subject and go on, kinda like an agreement to add inf teles in TUS bng for example.

For one,  I can assure you Tony, from RoH, has been inactive for months and the win(s) reported against him are all fake.

Quote from: Ray on June 16, 2012, 01:54 PMIf I had a time machine, I would go back to the point when this was invented and stop the person from doing it by all means necessary.

I was really disappointed by the ending, all the rest was action-packed and sounded like Freddy vs Jason, but the "all means necessary" just didnt cut it xd

I hate you komo, why would you do this so early?! xd

It has worked perfectly for me for years (with minor modifications each time, in trial-and-error method, since I had to find which foods work best for me for example). I was a professional swimmer and I found that only small changes were needed (although they were substantial in some cases, since sometimes I wanted to gain 5kg of muscle, or lose 2kg of fat etc).

I will try find my "before" and "after" pics. When I do these diets (while exercising regularly ofc), I usually lose 3-4kg staight off the bat (if I havent gone to the gym+been too busy for a few months), and then I stay on a normal weight and the conversion of fat into muscle happens, while keeping pretty much the same body weight. This means you look thinner in clothes, while being bigger and stronger.

Obviously, the greater the weight you wanna lose in the beginning, the bigger adjustment in calories you need to make for that time, and then see how its going.

I'll update with pics when I find them.

destroyah that was the bread and butter of bb'ing 20 years ago, things have moved on

you don't need to eat every 2 hours

the simple formula is calories in vs calories out

Well, you clearly need no help from us I guess. I explained why and how what I said is the fact.

Tell us how your plan is working out for ya.

@Twyrfher: I'm talking about people who want to look good with fitness/BB standards, if the goal is to simply "be thinner" then yeh, w/e diet makes you happy :P
So you don't know the Anabolic Diet my friend.

The anabolic diet is meant to be coupled with strength and power training, did you get the impression madog is on that stage?
So i didn't get your point @ the first quote of me ;O. Anyway, I was going to post a pic of the guy who taught me the diet, but also I know people who has just started to lift weights with very good results.

Yeh, but like I said, the An.Diet is not good for: athletes, and people who dont exercise intensely.

If Madog were to take up gym seriously then he could look into it, otherwise I dont think it's a good choice for him. Also, An.Diet is hard on your pocket. Grocery bill goes off the roof heh xd
