hey guys i hope anyone can help me

i got strange screenlags, i dunno why, never had that before. i reinstalled win 7 some weeks ago and since then i got these lags, even if i close all programs that run in the background.
i tested all direct draws in advanced settings. i dont know what to do lol, they r not the whole game, they start like 5 mins after the game has begun.

i hope anyone had the same problems and can help me a bit

since yesterday my ingame sound doesnt work anymore, i dont know why, overnight this problem came

in wormnet, or in options sound works, but if i join a game or start a game myself i get no sounds

i tried to patch, update, reinstall and crash send me the folders speech and wav, but still same problem
