The utility percentage % section probably doesn't work. but the percentage section is only there to help, you can directly set the utility crate probability and the scheme editor sets the values properly. (only viewing in percent mode doesn't work)

The NNN luckless intermediate scheme is so popular and accepted within the community to the point that any attempt that tries to "fix" it inevitably creates a new variation. (instead of replacing it)

It did changed a bit to suit league games. A version by NNN league known as "NNN luckless" which has crates probabilities set to zero and reduced some weapons like Cluster bomb power.

In Cavern maps, lot of worms get trapped in some parts. That's what I meant about less mobility.

I agree with Charles on that. I think Cavern maps kinda solves your problem. It reduces the plops at the beginning of the game and there is less mobility.
