A small update (0.5.5.5) was released, sorry for delaying, should have been released many weeks ago.

• Minor fixes
• Now supports square- and rectangle-shaped multi-monitor setups (for example, 2 monitors above 2 monitors). A least 65025 simultaneously working monitors are supported. The total width is defined by the top monitor row. Totally untested.

depends on the tariff plan, but normally (for home customers) this isn't normal. the test server you were using could just give improper results (servers could be overloaded too, although rarely). this is a little disadvantage of speedtest, but still there are lots to choose from, just make sure it's close enough to you, because, for example, using an US speed test server in europe will give a rather slower download/upload speed result

my last test in moscow (the speed was temporarily increased for customers from 50/50 to 65/65 until late August), where I used my 802.11N wifi point

I don't think it's because of aliasing, but most likely because he uses a different nickname now. Makes sense, pretty much. You also don't know whether he had a bad history with aliasers in the past or not.
