I agree with you there, I minimize a lot too, I usually alt+Tab back into W:A when I hear that it's my turn again, never crashed. The only thing I know that crashes W:A is when you are minimized and then double click on the W:A window. Instant crash for me.

Yeah same with me lol, if I click it just once it's fine, if I double click it - crash, and I think these are the times i've crashed coming to think about it lol.

But yeah, when you are minimised computer goes "beep" and the tab flashes and you know it's your turn, or someone PM'd you.

I know chakk, but it's 10x better than things he used to say, don't even say this isn't true, and his advice is still good if he was to say it in a nicer and more helpful manner, and sometimes he does come up with very clever ideas that people won't think of, everyone does.

Even I can point out what people do wrong in Elite, but sometimes even when a move was perfect as you want it, sometimes other moves can still be better, so with advice if you see yourself in same situation again you can try this different thing, although every Elite is different, people still come across same situations alot, especially towards SD, and the very start of an Elite.

I've only crashed about 5 times max while minimising, and I minimise more or less after every single turn in every single game lol, I don't see this as any more of a risk than playing league games with internet on it's own, more chance of net just crashing for no reason than crashing minimising, but maybe thats just cuz of my experience and my PC/ISP.

Actually, I think it's good Zippo posts like this, people can see direct advice to a direct part of a game from a superior player who has the experience and imagination/creativity, it can help people learn new moves and tactics which will help them.

I only think it's good now because he isn't like "huahuahua you noob should do this... you will always suck go get skill ahahahuahuahua"

As long as he keeps it basic to the advice in a nice manner, I think it's nice to have good players share their experience.

I watched the game and I don't think it should be voided:

The winning shot was not a sitter, I watched it in super-slow mode and it didn't even stop motion, it rolled perfectly into NJ's worm, it looked like it possibly stopped moving at 0.02s but the rule is 0.25s or more for it to be a sitter, it was lame because it should have been 4s but still wasn't a foul.

In my opinion, and probably every other a2b player would agree with me, Rocket did play pretty lame, his 1st 2 hits were a 3s repeat, and this is more or less the only shot he used, he did try 5s lg a few times, his 3s MaxBounce BackBounce shot that took NJ down to 51 from 80 was actually a very nice shot, it was obviously planned to push him back down the whole, the 4 bar blue wind zook was nice, but the final shot was indeed very lame, but in no way against the rules, that shot could have been 4s.

All in all his 1st 3s grenade hit was a nice shot, the 2nd time it hit it was lame though cuz it was a repeat, apart from the repeat and the last shot he did actually play pretty good and played by the rules, i'd rather get hit with repeat 3s grenades than get hit continously with 4s roller nades that should be 3s.

Anyway, game should stand, he played by the rules and won, no fouls.
