The times that Twyrfher said are totally biased and I invite you to watch the replay, slow it down and see with your own eyes. I can do it for you: Artic 53,44; Shasper 55,08 = TaG did 108,52. Lalo 54,62; Daina 53,82 = cFc did 108,44.
In my opinion and in my short experience studying laws, the traditions make the rules and as I am aware, when you draw you just rematch the game, without taking into consideration the infamous miliseconds.
Let's see some examples of my theory of this rr tradition: In this game played by MI and Jakka, according to the MS MI won. Did he report or watch the replay to see who won? Nope, they rematched the game. We can see the same situation here and this was a PO game, once again according to the MS Nail won but he didn't report, he rematched the game.
Ok I might quote other players not related to this game in particular, but I can also quote the TaG guys themselves, in this game, six tied TaG, one more time nobody complaints about the MS. Now, let's see another rr draw but played this time by TaG against cFc, if you slow down the replay you can see these times: Artic, 70,64; Guaton, 73,76; Lalo, 73,18; Daina, 70,46. That means cFc did 143,64 and TaG 144,4. We rematched the game and we lost, we made a complaint? What would have said TaG if we have done that and claimed for the victory?
Now let's see the facts in this specific game of PO, we can see it in these points of view: Lalo 54, Daina 53, Artic 53, Shasper 55. That means cFc did 107 and TaG 108 = cFc wins. Or we can see it this way: Lalo 54,62; Daina 53,82; Artic 53,44; Shasper 55,08. That means cFc did 108,44 and TaG 108,52 = cFc wins.
