That's up to you, you can target near to yourself and get easy hit, but risking much, or just target far away with less risk ; ) And build some reflex for that too, you can run away lol xD

Well I think its not so hard to hit pigeon even if he is pretty far with just spamming arrows around.... But it costs you a bow, I didn't count it, excuse me. ;-)
