Description:
My proposal for hysteria; as it is now, abusing turn order is too easy, so killing one of your own worms on purpose gives a huge advantage.
Now, I'm not against abusing turn order, but I would like to see this tactic to be harder to use.

The SD timer has also been lowered to give the game a faster pace (irony, don't you think?): most people know hysteria and are capable of finishing their turns, which means it could take forever to activate SD.
Sometimes, activating SD is a tactic you can use in hysteria, for example if you've taken better positions (something you had to work for) and your opponent takes a difficult hide to hit.

I think it is a great idea with random turns. There would be more shooting then "cowing". More like funner really.
