If you have any ideas for other rules than the ones I came up with it feel free to suggest them here.
The scheme could be played in several matches where the leader has more difficult rules to follow or must follow multiple rules at once.

Cheers. It looks like it is a interesting development of Big Lottery Rope Race. I was more focused on the Involvement of the CPU. But really, the CPU worm names can as well be renamed to anything not just limited to Skipping. I have already been toying and suggesting the use of LG and even Jetpack as worm names. There's a lot of options here.

Maybe Masta had his idea first and was just too busy to publish it faster? Who knows!
It's not surprising for many people to share the same idea because of a common trigger. History has shown multiple scientists submitting identical patents within hours of each other without realizing someone else did.
It's possible the Wheel of Fortune made people start thinking about random events happening in schemes as well.
