does it even preserve the 3.8 options? i have a bad feeling they have been discarded

the game and weapon options haven't changed, so hasn't the gameplay.
the only change is the delay.
you don't need different scheme files for different number of players anymore. all works with 1 scheme (this 1).
using the old scheme files with 3.8 would f@#! up the delay completely.
