If you look at the page, you will see "Status: Waiting for signup date" in big, friendly letters.

In the hospital I worked at till recently, they even made up a law for that: "If you look hard enough, you'll find the information you want to know about a patient is already known."

They called it Van Ingen's law and it applies :)
