Thanks to CyberShadow (https://www.tus-wa.com/profile/CyberShadow/), as the title says, HostingBuddy and TUS are now connected.
Now it is possible to load both TUS schemes and TUS maps into HostingBuddy. With that possibility, you can load TUS official schemes or load BIT maps into HostingBuddy. Moreover you can now tell hosting buddy to load a specific map author or even load a map only from a map pack.
If you found bug or you have suggestions to develop more useful commands you can post them on this thread.
Load a TUS official scheme
After hosting your game, in the lobby type:
!tusscheme
That command will automatically load the TUS official scheme for your game.
Load scheme by its ID
!tusscheme 1234
How to load maps
While in the lobby, to pick a random map from TUS:
!tusmap
Load a random map by an author
!tusmap author:husk
There are shorthands to this which also works: (both of the below works as well)
!tusmap a:husk
!tusmap husk
If there's space in the name of the author, you should put it into double quotes:
!tusmap a:"Big Billy"
Load a random map from a mappack
This feature allows you to pick from a custom mappack. This is good when you have a collection of maps with your standards and you can tell hosting buddy to pick only from that collection. This feature also works as a "map picker" feature.
!tusmap pack:123
shorthand: !tusmap p:123
Set a map type
There are 3 different map types. PNG (color maps), BIT and LEV. You can set this option to force HostingBuddy to only pick a specific type of map:
!tusmap type:bit
shorthand: !tusmap t:bit
Set the map size
You can set whether the map should be big or not.
!tusmap size:big
shorthand: !tusmap s:big
Similar explanation can also be found in the HostingBuddy lobby with !tushelp.
Great job. WMDB's monopoly has been seriously shaken xD
This command will work too: "!tusmap a:husk t:png s:big" ?
Also a shortcuts like this - s:b (size:big) would be useful.
This is absolutely fantastic. Thanks CS! :D
about time :)
very great!
thanks a lot!
Very good job! This is wonderfull :D
Oh this is Great! Well done cybershadow + MI.. community needed this :)
daaamn, 16 year after premiere and this game gets better and better constantly :-* :-* :-*, so shame we get older and so lack of time to play it, where u people get the inspiration and power to do such a great job with it? It makes me feel like such a meaningless piece of dust flying around, but it makes me so proud that i can still be part of it even when i almost dont play at all
aeeeeee

Hi! I don't really use hostingbuddy, so i don't know if this feature is already added or not, but I think that it would be cool to load at least tus league schemes and maybe the onl scheme by name and not by number. I mean something like this: if somebody hosts a shopper for examle and types the command !tusscheme then the tus shopper scheme would be loaded. What do you think about this?
Just wanted to mention where the idea came from noobs..
Some of the .bit TTRR maps I tested have those borders by default:

Is there a way to fix this? :-[
Thanks!
You can remove border with HostingBuddy after loading the map or you can PM me those map IDs and I'll remove borders from them.
who cares?.. HB is for pussies who cant host and dont know what tusk is, they only know command !host shopper, real men dont need it

seriously.
when i joined wormnet as noob i was thankful for hostingbuddy, used it kinda long time until found out how to host properly.
and since wmdb is way less active - besides some other problems there ;) - than tus its just a locigal, long-wished by many and very nice progress for the game and the community.
if bullshitting like this is for "real men", then w:a doesnt need "real men".
besides, listen to some good music :)
(marianrv, check this out, too :D )

More people care about HostingBuddy than your fake win record in TRL ;)
Congrats ae CS and MI.
Kinslayer... dude check this video.. imagine u r the target. good night.
Map bashing could be now history if all tus games were hosted with HB using its random pick feature (would need a "tus map pack" for each scheme) :P

Yea Kinu, you kept telling me that this is not to joke. But you are doing a nice joke here. :-X
go host shopper or sheeper by hosting buddy adrian >:(
HostingBuddy is now more powerful than ever. You can load official TUS schemes and you have access to entire BIT maps. Actually picking a map by HostingBuddy is now easier than picking from your own hard drive!

that's some great news here, awesome guys.
this is how hb is connected with tus, by big border and f@#!ed up my mind or smt
Bugs happen. We'll fix those.
@CyberShadow,
This (https://www.tus-wa.com/maps/map-1503/) is the map link and I've tested it offline, it DOES load fine but on hosting buddy it doesn't have borders, but only roof border.

I looked into this, and the run-down is "the map is broken, W:A doesn't care".
Long explanation:
This particular map was saved in BITMonkey, as you can see by looking at the map in a hex editor. BIT Monkey likes to advertise itself so much that it uses the first 12 bytes to show everyone what program the map was made in. Problem: the last 4 of those 12 bytes are actually used to indicate whether the map is a cavern (has a roof at the top) or not. Since those bytes are not zero, W:A will think this is a cavern level.
Now, you will not notice the effect of this if you simply load the map in the W:A map editor. This is because W:A will do some heuristics to determine if the map should have a roof or not (the map setting to change toggle the roof was added relatively recently). However, this doesn't happen if the map is received over the network.
I've now added some code to HB to detect BitMonkey maps and pretend they're not cavern. Reimplementing W:A's heuristics in HB is impossible, because that would involve decoding the .BIT map (not possible because this requires using a proprietary 32-bit Windows DLL, while HB is a 64-bit Linux program).
BTW, you can now also use the tools texture on HB.
Because of the problem with HostingBuddy only accepting 'snooper' or 'normal' ranks, HB won't host when loged in via TUS-Secure-Login (see: https://www.tus-wa.com/forums/tech-support/%28solved-%28but-not-for-tus-login%29%29-hostingbuddy-ingnores-me-when-i-use-a-snooper-27648/ (https://www.tus-wa.com/forums/tech-support/%28solved-%28but-not-for-tus-login%29%29-hostingbuddy-ingnores-me-when-i-use-a-snooper-27648/)).
CyberShaddow pointed out, that the snoopers need to be changed for this to work again.
But wouldn't it be more "HostingBuddy and TUS connected", if HB would simply accept all ranks? (or if not - maybe in the meantime, until snoopers are fixed?)
