Saint's nationality is set to German while his has selected Russia as his display country. Nationality is used only for match statistics.

TUS mentions that the nationality of users won't be visible to public, but as you can see, I can see Saint's nationality

It is used for statistics. When you join a cup, your nationality (and clans/communities) get recorded. You're seeing the recorded group for that particular cup. Maybe I have to hide that as well.
