Watching ssm's attempt, I think this is gonna get abused. Nice idea, but the scheme is not at its best. Maybe draw some dots on the map and people have to click the pigeon mark on that dot.

Sorry people, MI is right, I will add another 2 rules:

• Target your pigeon above arrows and approximately on the line with arrows.
• Do NOT try to repeat the same aim over and over again, and you MUST target your pigeon within 2 seconds from the time it was selected
