Title: Challenge #331, WxW challenge #3
Post by: LeTotalKiller on December 22, 2013, 02:32 PM
Again, I posted a replay only as an example to show what I mean. 25.44 was my fastest turn and it's therefore my record for that challenge attempt.

(Delay 9 instead of 10 on Arma has been used due to being too lazy to edit the scheme through SchemeEddy just to set the delay to 10).

I don't see the point of those 10 turns.
I mean the objective is to finish a single turn within as few seconds as possible, right ?

The way I see it,this is ttrr on wxw map :D

Does it matter anyway?  :o

Well yeah, 10 turn is meaningless if you look for a good turn only.

Hmm, true... I think I'll change the formula then: all the 10 turns will add up. And it's 30s per failed turn.

Heh, realized that too.

Edit: So, with the new formula... I had 8 invalid turns in that example replay, so 30*8=240 is added to my total. I performed 25.44s and 27.56s in my valid turns; both times add up to the score, so my score is 293s.

I didn't know how to count this 10 turns. Why 197?

I checked in your replay if any turns were invalid, which wasn't the case, and then exported a log from it, and converted total turn time you've used (shown at the end of the log file) to seconds, since no 30s penalty has to happen.

Is 2 wxw turns in 30 seconds valid? I can't catch a cr8 in the 2nd turn unless I skip all the odd W:A turns. ;D

Well, the skipped/invalid turns will have to count as turns where all the 30 secs have been used I'm afraid. :S Going to get back to WxW challenge #2's formula next time.

Well, that's the time Export Log showed me.
