Well, I contacted my opponents, agreed on the game for a while, then none of them could come at the agreed time. After that, none of them contacted to set a new time for the game :(
I concluded that they are not interested in playing the cup. Maybe they will see my post here and reply

It is too early to conclude whether or not they are interested playing the cup. However, everyone in this cup have agreed to take the responsibility to make it their best effort to play. Keep on making inquiries to your peers and I will eventually have to do the same. Remember, it is premature to speculate a verdict, but your assessment is understandable. We all have experienced a slow cup, and hopefully we would like to avoid that.
I will start pinging people in a few short days.
Kudos to Kevin and inzsome for taking initiative to play their games, as well as Lancelot for trying. :)

The etiquette of a normal player is to contact another player at a pre-arranged meeting and report the impossibility of playing in a given period of time. That did not happen. Therefore, I saw a lack of interest in the game, and a one-sided initiative to play the game on my part.
If we talk about the crisis of cup games on TUS, the situation has not improved, unfortunately :(

You had ample enough time to finish your group games second time around. Do I appreciate your commitment & support? Of course I do. Though it may not seem so, perhaps it feels personal? But I chose to act on haste, with the desire to finish the cup fast and efficiently. I wish not have a slow and inefficient cup like the last one that took 2 months. Could this cup take 2 months? Based on current pace probably not, but I chose not to leave anything to chance again. Is there a way to avoid this in the future? I could be more clear to specify deadline for both group and knockout stage.

That's why I usually don't host cups, it's a bit complicated. But I plan to host some different schemes when I have time and more experience watching other people's experience.

PS: I may not be the best cup moderator, but hopefully I can Improve. I also may not be the most flashy one in terms of medals and banners, but that's because I want host asap :D
