Post by: DarkOne on March 01, 2011, 10:20 PM: There are 2 stages in TUS cups: first off, there's a group phase, where everybody plays everybody else in their group. The games there are bo1 in this cup (bo1 = best of 1; the first person to win a round, wins the game)

After that, the winner and runner up of every group qualifies for the knockout phase. You play your opponent and whichever wins, goes to the next round. The loser is out. The games in the knockout phase are bo3 in this cup (bo3 = best of 3; first person to win 2 rounds wins the game. It's named like this because you basically play 3 rounds and the winner of these will have either 2 or 3 wins)

TUS championships, has this problem!
The guy has a defeat, then he does not play, the other player who has not played yet is below the player who already has one loss!

is a advantage, losing one and not played others (on purpose), to hold that position!

Another problem is the difficulty in finding other players in the group.
Whether by time zone, or even little participation in the forum!
People do not read their MESSAGES!

One suggestion is that only more present people, may enter the championships!

This is exactly why you need to arrange. This cup needs to get moving because there are other cups waiting to be approved and they can't be approved cause inactive cups are still going on.
I'm assuming those time tables are work related, so pick a time on a day where work is not a problem.
