I don't want this just to be another random Cup that has only 20 people...

There are alot of players who complain so much about the current BnG scheme, and ask for NrBnG, and then when I am trying to help out by doing this, they are not interested.

I'd rather just turn this into a friendly messaround, nothing serious, if this is the case...

Not sure if i understand. Its important since at this moment its the only way to try out how the scheme works in competition and if it really is that good as people were yelling, then they should be the first who joined, for the good of the community/league and their own. If you are "losing interest" because you have to wait about another 14 days, then in my opinion you don't have much passion for BnG.

I say start it while its hot :)

PS: in the ppl who have joined are some of the most active players as well as many bng fans, so I see no point in "waiting for more ppl" if that's your concern

That's pretty silly komo, why not use the handy format provided by TUS and simply report games with 2 replays as 2:0 wins? :/

I'm saying this, cause up until now all cups were played like this, imagine if in all cups were reported like this, there would be 3 or 4 times more individual games which is really pointless for games among 2 players in a group or in a KO game

Maybe its just me, dunno :P

Throsti, you have 72 hours from the time of this post to come up with an explanation for this ignorance, I understand there is a 1 month deadline, and there is alot of time left to play the cup, but DubC is one of your opponents and he (or anyone else for that matter) deserves a reason why you don't want to play the cup games whilst you are actively online and available, if you do not reply, you will be replaced by someone else who wants to put the effort in.

I have already sent out a PM to every player who hasn't played a game yet, as a friendly reminder :)

Thanks to those who have already finished there games, that's the spirit !

I even gave them an extra 24-48 hours, and Dub-c was the only one who replied, so he is ok, but I failed to receieve a reply from the following players:

Rocket
Throsti
Chelsea
Tony

These 4 players have now been disqualified from the cup, they will be removed and replaced by anyone else who sees this and wishes to try and attempt to play the Cup in the time left, if you wish to take part please PM me or reply to this thread.

If no one else joins, I will advance players in the following way:

Winners of groups will advance, the other players who didn't finish their games or didn't play any because their opponents never showed will be pit against each other to see who get's to advance.

So, since you didn't reply here or on the shoutbox, I assume this time wasn't good for you. What about tomorrow (wednesday) night? I can't say a specific hour right now, but I will be home sometime between 10:00 and 12:00 PM, GMT, probably closer to 10:00.

So, how about every single player on TuS has a "Cup" status, that the MOD of a tournament can vote for each player that participated on a scale of how much effort and care they put into playing, cuz most players in this cup would get voted 0-1, lazy useless pricks...

Yah, I am having a rant, but on the plus side, it IS a useful idea, anyone with an average voting of 2 or less, I would boot from all my future cups, but now you are thinking, then how can they get a better rating if they can't participate? They must go 2-3 months without participating in a cup, then their score will automatically rise back up to 3 so they can have another chance, if they fail again, the punishment should be longer, and if it happens again, they should be banned forever.

EDIT: I don't care if you don't like it, but you ARE a bunch of lazy time-wasting pricks, obviously not those who have put ALOT of effort into playing their games, you know who you are, and sincerely, thank you :)

If no games are played by tomorrow morning, I will progress this cup straight to the Finals. And it's YOUR fault, not mine, you only have yourselfs to blame.

EVEN ROPERZ PLAYED HIS GAMES, YOU USELESS BUNCH OF TWATS LOL

Edit: I know people might think it's a crappy scheme, but if that's the reason you are not playing, you could have the courtesy to say so, and I can remove you.
