The players who risk to get a warning played only 1 game but they didn't write any messages to arrange the games against their opponents:
Free did not appear/wrote nothing the first time that Gabriel has proposed to play Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I know that Kinslayer is really inactive but from the beginning of this Cup Free has never tried to arrange a game or to write his availability. Check his messages in this thread or in the notes if there are.
It's the same for Sbaffo, lales, Statik and Krezo who didn't write any messages in this thread, in the notes or in PM. Sbaffo only asked the skype account of Crash but this isn't enough.
Now Dmitry doesn't risk more to get a warning because I saw he wrote 2 days ago in the notes and today he sent a PM to Dienadel ;)
I want to clarify that this is just a call to help players who didn't put so much effort here. it is an invitation to give your availability.

From what I can see you have asked to Cip if he was available to play and you haven't also specified a date as I told. I do not even read any private message sent because you and Cip have never added me in the recipients of the PMs.
Cip wrote 2 days ago in the notes (to arrange the game with you) and in the thread (he suggested a date/time with Ano and they played their game. Anyway it was a bit late so it wouldn't be fair to to proceed Cip only because you didn't show in the last 2 days
now let's read the rules:
Who passes next in groups:
• Top two players having most number of won games.
• If players have same amount of won games, they have to play again their games
• If there are less played games for players, who has been more active goes in the second fase. (more games played)
I proceeded automatically only Csongi and Thouson because their opponents have not tried to arrange their game even in the last 4 days (so they got a warning as you can see).
The only players who had the same amount of games played were: lales-pleiadian, Dienadel-Dmitry, Cip-Uzurpator.

I wrote so because in that moment they had the same amount of game played and one of them (the second extracted in the urn obviously) would have been eliminated. 1,5 day after Cip played his game with Ano so it's the same thing (because Cip put more effort in the end unlike harpy and Krezo).

I know it's not the best thing to do in a Cup with money involved but after 10 days (+4 extra days) you had to play only 2 games Bo1. I couln't lose others days only for 1 game. I think you are a bit angry only because now you are against me.

I just underlined one of the most common problems with cup activity. People have a tendency to wait instead of actively finding their opponent.

I don't want to tell to you Casso of anything bad, simply I really looked for it, waited for it. Also it was ready to play! Also I do not see the fault that we didn't play. Two weeks to be silent, and then to speak, let's play among a week my time 6:00 it too not business. If in this tournament there are prizes, it doesn't mean that should be a lottery, and it seems to me, you should understand specifically each case.

Dmitry is correct. Active players shouldn't be penalised due to an opponent being inactive or unwilling to play.

I do believe a better system needs to be in place for arranging matches and getting them played. The only restrictions would be due to time zones.

This means that someone is not telling the truth but you didn't try to arrange a date/time to play your game. So, try to put yourself in my shoes. This was the only possible alternative...
Pleiadian, Dmitry, Uzurpator, I want to give you a possibility: if you will play against your opponents before they play their games in the knockout phase I will accept the result even though the deadline of Group phase has expired. I can't do more than that.
In case your opponents are online and they avoid you, you should paste the chat here, please, and I will decide. ;)

I've done as much as possible to play the match against him. I've turned up on the arranged match times and also asked for him to play when he has been online and to no avail.

For what it's worth, I think Casso and HHC are currently the only cup mods that don't require me butting in at any stage of their cups - and considering the activity problems with cups, that's a big deal.

Do you know this is your first message in this topic from the beginning of the Cup (3 months ago) and you have never write nothing by PM ? You risked many times to get a warning but you've ever played before the end of deadline, anyway this isn't the right way to arrange your games and you didn't write your availability.
I don't think that this yellow card will be a problem because this Cup is almost finished but I hope you will put more effort here ;)

All I know is, that the final is fair for both sides. Didnt hear or played it before like Dmitry wrote.
So one series and same chances for both. No handicap, no bonus.

It's called Double Elimination.
If Gabriel loses 2-1 in the finals against Casso/fenrys, then he's only been eliminated once. Seems only fair that he also gets a second chance to win gold, just like the rest of the cup :)
