This is not getting anywhere. Sign ups are open for months and it doesn't seem like there are going to be enough teams any time soon. I suggest to close it for now in favour of cups on the waiting list. And wait for more suitable time to host elite 2v2.

I ask to close a cup, the reason: the minimum quantity of teams isn't reached.
