I've removed Phanton from the signup list because he still has 14 pending games in multiple cups and isn't showing that much effort in getting them done.

Normally, yes, but I felt cheeky this time around :)
Phanton is among the slowest players in all the cups he plays in. And he's in a lot of cups. Not too serious about arranging his games either. Heck, he asked me on the TUS shoutbox for our cup game after he joined AG (and I was in AG at the time but he didn't bother to look) - I had to wait for an hour before the actual game happened.
For some reason, I don't think that's an exception with regards to his cup activity.

At weekend we can play, chelsea. Best would be Saturday night 20+ GMT or Sunday afternoon. Possible - if you cant play at Sat/Sun - is Friday night 20+ GMT.

I set the deadline to end of the week guys. If the game still isnt played by then I'm closing the cup and do not award bronze.
Hush make more effort to arrange this game, and Dmi, accept whichever scheme comes first. :-[

Gave the bronze to Dmi. Some effort were made on both sides, in the end it was only Dmi who stayed in touch with me, so he gets the bronze.
Cup finished. Gold for SPW.
