Use maps from the lower left generator in the in-game editor (land on all sides).
Basically the same as intermediate cave maps. I've added that into the description in order to clarify the doubts 8)

What's up with the inactivity? It's not like you are all super busy and have to arrange games two weeks in advance, like myself (by the way, I haven't missed a single match for several cups, even though I can only play 3-4 hours per week)

Make sure you remember about the time zone switch occuring in many countries on Saturday/Sunday night when arranging your games for the weekend.
