I think that telecow in hysteria is the biggest bullshit ever...call me when u wanna do a serius tournament without telecow!!!

Don't be silly! You can't use teleport and cow in the same turn :)
I'm not a fan of the technique myself, but I still recognise it's part of the game mechanics. If you place your worms well, they can't abuse turn order.
How about you host a hysteria cup without turn abuse or random worm order (making turn order abuse at least more difficult than even-a-complete-retard-can-do-it) when the current cups are over?

I think that in hysteria tournament is absurd allow the use of telecow...it's an unfairy technical...
I could host up a tournament in future...i will try to create a special scheme for that tournament...
One reflection: all those who are part of the community of "pH"...they should be the first to avoid telecow...

Using teletactics is an organic part of Hysteria. Get used to it mate. Think of ways to avoid it. Without teletactics, the whole game would depend on starting positions. If you can use teletactics, you can turn the whole game around.
