Okay so, a noob question: how do I register for the tourney?
And another noob question: When does it actually start? :o

What map/s are being used for this Tournament?
Fcrate - The signups open @ 3:30pm GMT tomorrow (24th July).
At that time, you come back to this page, and you should see the signups open, you just click "Click here to join this Tournament" <--- Or something similar...
It's that simple :)
Signups last anywhere between 20-30 minutes, sometimes longer depending on how long people are willing to wait for more players if we need them.

Normally signups are 20 minutes, so it should be 15:50pm GMT however 16:00gmt does sound likely.

It doesn't make sense to have a Tournament for Darts based on free choice of map, it should be a set map, or set group of maps, how it's always been.
We have TFL & dS Tours for free choice anyway.

well it worked in wo why shouldnt it make sense on tus...? ok last wo there werent so many maps but i dont see why maps must be set. if you set rules for map picking similar as in cup it should work. whatever.

Yeah, I agree with that, but those rules aren't here that is why it doesn't make any sense to me.
I don't think it's fair as mostly each map requires unique timing/style, and also practise, you both have to agree on a map, I would admit that I would try to pick the maps I am best at/enjoy most, and others would too, how can you agree on this fairly? I could just keep disagreeing on map until they suggest one I like or i'm good at...
In the Darts Cup it's Bo5 so it works both agree 1st map, winner picks 2nd, loser of 1st map picks 3rd map, etc, but the best way here because it's Bo3 would be to both agree on the 1st map, loser picks 2nd map, and winner picks 3rd map if it's 1-1 after 2nd game.
^^ That is, if Dmitry hadn't picked maps for us...

He is right Komo. Double-Elimination means everybody can lose one time. Worm_gamer didn't lose until meeting you in final. That's one lose for him. Another set of games will specify the winner.

Yeah, we figured that out after long talk in dS chat, WG doesn't want to play another set of games so we are leaving it as it is.
No one even knew it was double elimination or anything, I thought losers bracket was just "an extra chance", it would have been nice of Dmitry to mention this at start of Tournament or in rules.
Anyway, everyone is happy, it was a great Tournament anyway :)

Planet ICE was because there wasn't a map for 3rd round of the losers bracket, Dmitry said use Blueman, then cuz of that situation, was then told to use P-ICE... :D
Guess next time will have to take this all into account I guess :)

NO ONE KNEW it was double elimination, it doesn't say it in the rules, and it also doesn't say in the Tournament Tree thingy...
SO HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO READ YOUR MIND?!?!?
It's bad enough you disappeared and abandoned the Tournament, now you are trying to blame us for your mistakes?!?
In otherwords - YES IT IS YOUR JOB TO ADD IT TO RULES !!!

Dmitry, if you understood perfectly, howcome you don't understand to add "Double Elimination" to the Tournament description?
There is no mention of "Double Elimination" in the description or the Tournament tree, so obviously no one can know this unless they are told...
Yeah, I offered to play, but he wouldn't :(
