Calling the game invalid might be wrong.Incomplete would be a better term. They will probably play the extra games soon ;)

From a military language... if something is not finished, its value is just still zero.

Terms like ' incomplete ' make the people, responsible for the job, linger more days with some sort of satisfaction. I wanna give the straight-forward message ' You should not be happy of what You have done ' .

this cup is for real men

Military is serious, you either have executed an order or not. If you have captured 9 floors out of 10 in a building, you did not captured a building >>> you are damn worthless piece of sheet and so on ahahhaha, at least this is how i see it :D

No Xan, I want Zalo to answer my very specific question, it isn't the same thing as what you said Xan:

Specifically the part in bold/underlined writing.

There is a HUGE difference in failure to finish and failure to begin.

Please, Zalo, answer in your own words :)

Order is an order. If You can carry it out in one evening. Why should You reward sb who abandoned it after 1 game, instead of having it done. If your parents say to You that You should vacuum all the 3 floors in the room and u vacuum only 1 floor and You hand the vacuum cleaner back to Your parents saying ' my job is done ', then it's quite awkward.

Excuse me my manners. I just have bad experiences with people who don't do things on one go, but rather divide the job into 2-3 games during a period of month or something.

By ' for real men ' I meant people who don't look for convenience, and actually play bo3 instead of bo1. Does it matter if it's ' mole cup ' or ' banana cup ' or ' plop war cup ' ? Can't real men play such games as ' jumping rope ' or ' hopscotch ' ? I think it still makes them real men, if they play such stuff bo3 instead of bo1.

I guess it depends on the matter at hand, for example, if someone deliberately fails because of laziness or choice, I agree with you 100% however, when military squad has a task of capturing a small town or something, but they realize the task is more than they thought, so they must call in reinforcements, this is not "zero value" as you put it, there is nothing wrong with needing extra time or manpower to complete the task.

It all depends on the task, situation, what's at stake etc.

Your dad make you play bo3 hopscotch every day until you grew hair on your chest and became a man? :)

Oh come on... It's 2D animated game from 1999 about jumping cartoon creatures... in which worms have eyes, hands, mouth and size bigger than elderly women, cows and sheeps. Who, who plays this game, can actually be called ' a real man ' ? It's not much more mature game than hopscotch.

From a military language... if something is not finished, its value is just still zero.

I am not questioning this as an act of feelings towards this game/community, I am questioning this statement alone, in relation to anything.

I have a fair bit of respect for the military(I wouldn't follow them blindly though!), i've had family and friends who served, I will admit I don't know an awful lot about the true way they operate but I am sure "it's value is just still zero" is an incorrect statement about how the military operate.

It's like saying "If you're not 1st, you're last" if you finish 2nd place in a race with 100 people... It's not true lol.

Komito, all what I was saying is... why do You compare soldiers who didn't know about the expanded continuation of their orders with, them playing obviously bo1 out of laziness and reporting it as finished job? If I used the words ' incomplete ' it would mean that Jago is expected to be the winner, while the fate is still open, and that 1 round may not even be a step towards the actual result. But the round is still approved as a head start for Jago
