I must briefly explain what happened in Replays #2 & #3
In Replay #2, at 23:33 I got disconnected from the match. At that time I was speaking on Discord during the Twitch stream, so I'm not sure what could have gone wrong with my Internet.
The situation was a bit messy for me. I lost my low gravity. I could imagine both of my healthy worms climbing out with red >> wind. Ghast would do Firepunch next turn to kill + escape, but Mazinger had the upper hand in that round.
I suggested giving Mazinger handicap to health in the next round (4x 250hp vs 4x 200hp), which is why Replay #3 starts unbalanced.
Now, after looking at Replay #2 over and over I must admit that it would be tough for me to win there, and I think Mazinger deserves to get 1 victory for that unfinished round.
I want to thank everybody who participated in the cup and who was very active, especially Danie, Lupastic, Mazinger, Kaptowka. My memory of Worm Olympics always left me thinking about Warg scheme, where everything plays out with the power of Team17 scheme, with armageddon, earthquake, nuclear test, french sheeps, donkey, and only 7 girders. Maybe summer would be a good time to return to Mole cups, who knows, who knows. We definitely need to have enough active players by then. I hope Danie and MazingerZ will enjoy their custom-made trophies.
