Title: Allow for manual placing of members in groups?

As topic tittle asks, is it possible? If no, why not exactly?

Maybe it could encourage some people of less playing experience to partake in cups and get further.

Well I never coded a feature for that but it is somehow possible. You can replace a player with yourself (or a non-participating member) then replace the removed player anywhere in the desired group and then switch yourself with the removed player of the second group.
