fresh out... i got a special thing where i only have to serve 50% of the time, im still "property of the state" they will monitor me for the additional 30 days, and random drug tests etc, but its better then sitting in jail :D
feels odd to type.. i will rope like shit.. im not going out today, im gonna chill in, believe it or not... so maybe ill go on wnet.. dunno, i was up all last night playing poker with the inmates huhauha
btw: shyguy, i sent u a letter.. u never wrote me back, did u get it?

well, i am in much better shape, i can see a slight six pack, and im deff. much more cut in my arms and shit...
the mirrors we had in there were very very shitty... hard to explain, so i really have not seen myself fully in the 30 days... pretty much first thing i did was look in the mirror when i got home.. and im pretty happy with the results, gives me ambition to continue working out.
i have not had a cigg in 30 days either (there were some in there, and other drugs too, i was not gonna pay for that shit tho.. and did not want to risk losing my 50% thing)
ill try quting smoking.. but i have a feeling once i go out and see people lighting up im gonna have the urge to get one.. :X
anyway... im gonna check AG...
and yeah, i seen shy posted the letter i sent him, just read that lol.. cool, i never got his mail though.. who knows.. dunno what will happen with the mail that gets sent in while im not there now, i assume they will forward it to my current address now ?? dunno.. dont care at this point :) happy to be home

My parent's were pissed that I got a letter from an inmate... i was not allowed to write back rofl. I gave your address to a few people and told them to tell you that. Nino and I agreed we wouldn't send anything until after the 4th anyway because we wanted to see if you got out.

heres a pic of my lil 6 pack ;) i took it with my phone, and tried to text msg it to my email address, half way through it keeps saying there is some error... so i dunno..its weird, but it uploaded half of it....
i had a good belly going b4 i went in, i trimmed all the fat, and got some muscle showing in just 30 days, im gonna keep working out.. ill be jacked within 2 more months.. just in time for summer :D

Way to make it through Jeff, I'm proud of ya. Pretty nice on the abs, mine are only roughly that good even when I do 15+ minutes of ab exercises like 5 days a week. We'll have to clan soon, though I've been super busy with work and can never really make it on in the afternoons lately.
Now that your mind and body have been completely hardened, I bet your worms skills are merciless, mm will dominate! Plus people will get intimidated when you tell them you're fresh outta jail.

i was doing alot of sit-ups in jail that got old quick.. now that im home i put a 25lb w8 on my chest, and do sit-ups with that... feels better... im gonna work on my diet too i think.. maybe eat alot of tuna :D huaha we will see! do u work out all from body weight, or do u have some kind of machine?

I have a gym membership, it'd be nice to do without it, but back exercises are hard to come by without machines, and of course treadmills are a must since it's rainy over half the year here. Doing everything from body weight can be hard, I just try to have 1 free weight exercise for each muscle group, to work those stabilizer muscles.
But yeah I definitely do this ab exercise a lot: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/main/popup/name/air-bike, and I do a lot of machine crunches, which probably do the most for actually building muscle since you can add a lot of weight. And usually something for the obliques, like holding a 35 or 45 lbs weight in one arm while standing straight, letting it pull me down to one side, then straightening back up using only my torso.

i kind of want to join a gym... no license at the moment tho.. so it would be a bit of a waste of money.. i cant really commit to it, but when i get my license back, im deff joining a gym.
