can you extract the zip file and upload the flags separately plz?

Yep. I just wanted to do this and add remaining flags. Just wait for changes  :)

Well, I did a pretty long job...

v1.1:
 - Now you can download one or some flags from this pack
 - Added remaining flags (now pack has total of 94 flags)

What are you meaning? Comment below
