This was ridiculous, the game was almost 1 minute stopped because of lag, and I quit, and he came here and reported and even called me a quitter...

So this is sort of your fault. Next time, wait for the game to lag out by itself. I'd let this game stand. Or, if you catch him, you can rematch it with handicaps.
