Title: [SOLVED] dunno the rule

just had a tus vs easy (evo clan)
i picked elite and him hysteria

we played the elite i won it and reported it.

Then without warning me he doesnt answer anymore and isnt on ag.
i've been w8ting 10 minutes for him but never showed up

So i was wondering what is the rule in this case
Now i go to mac donalds to eat coz im f@#!ing hungry !!!!
