I'm not a regular elite player, but this game looked far from decided. Both teams still had napalm and supersheep, ps still had the rope and dc still had air strike.
Game should be replayed and I'm not even sure there should be handicaps.
Uploading the replay here cause the turn at 7.56 was awesome as well as for other mods to have a look at if they wish to do so.
