How exactly Triad won this game?

After 3rd attempt, timo is 19 and triad is 18. On 4th attempt, timo does a bullseye and gets 12 and becomes 31.
Then triad does a 9 and he types in 31 ? Even if Triad did 12, he would become 30 not 31.

Its same like cowing in wxw but your opponent doesnt notice it. What to do, am i eliminated?  :'(
