it is.. you just click answaer and than beyond ur chat window it says attachments and there if you click on it you can upload the file  :-*

I feel the same when I need to report a game. I need to spend 15 minutes trying to find where I report games, until I realize it's the first button near my profile, but even so it's not so easy to see.
