The very second I saw the positions I knew exactly what was going to happen it was obvious. Nice shot though, it's the 30hp that makes it so special.
This is a pretty average shot for good BnG players though.

doing triple zig-zag and bouncing the granade upwards(!) from an isolated basement to the very specific spot on the rooftop of the map...?
For a decade of me on TUS, I have never seen such a shot. Downwards sure! Downwards it does occassionally happen but never the other way round. There is also no point comparing it to slamming the granade upwards onto a wall.
If you saw similar shots to Kins, I would be intrigued to see replays.

The shot kins done is called a double bank with a bounce back.
When I say it's an average shot for a good BnG player that doesn't mean its not a nice shot, it's a very nice shot. It's not that difficult though and happens more than you think.
I've done multiple double banks myself in the past few weeks, I'll show you on the CWA server later I'll make some videos for you.
When I say good BnG player, I mean top BnG players, guys like myself, walrus, surgeon, lacoste, auto, Xrayez, even Rocket is good enough to do these now he improved a lot. Ledan could probably pull them off as well.
Edit - To be fair if this happened live on stream I'd be going crazy about it especially due to doing 30hp exactly 🤣

I awarded coz of exactly 30 hp that I needed, shot was good but of course I have seen and I myself did much better than this one. if that was 29, or even 31 that couldnt be this, but 30 looked kinda funny and hammered it

In the context of making an attack during THAT turn, the LG double bank is the ONLY shot that would work. This makes is easier because there were no distractions, and you would be planning it in advance.
For the record, 3s would work as well, though that's much more difficult coming in from the other side, to get over the land protecting that worm. Though it is possible.
What makes his shot easy to skilled BnG players is a few pixels more or less power and it would still hit. With the 3s it needs to be precise.
I feel like the bad guy here though I'm just being honest, it's not so impressive when it's your only option. If he misses, big deal, he can't be hit back anyway so what's the harm in trying?
Shots like that are actually very common in Hysteria because Hysteria itself is full of panic and even unskilled players can pull off great shots at least once or twice in their life lol.
Don't get me wrong, it's a nice shot and I wouldn't call KinslayeR a stranger to BnG, though if you are looking for a gif to showcase the power of grenade there are more impressive examples to choose from, from dozens of players. As someone who is extremely passionate about BnG, to the point where my Steam name is "Nade" with an image of a worm throwing a grenade... I've got 5 tattoos planned and 1 of them is related to BnG, It's a bit of a disappointment... For Grenade in general. It's fine for Hysteria though I guess.

Though to be fair, I'm an absolutely geek/nerd when it comes to Artillery schemes... I can't expect others to share that same level of intense excitement :D

Send me the replays with the "play back at..." Information in Discord, I'll be happy to make many gifs of all the shots you judge as impressive. You can also send me the link of this video, I'm not sure if I already watched it, but if it is on WormTube, I probably watched. I just prefer usually to make gifs from shots of real replays than making from a video, because I think I can make the GIF smaller and with better quality from WA replays, not to say the replays can be linked to say: "hey this game existed, it is a document, you can watch it entirely with all the replay features if you want here" (with a video, usually you cannot do that). But I can make from videos, no problem. You can also send your own gifs to me or just upload yourself to the wiki.
I like to make stuff that is happening right now in the community too. It's nice to give light to what is happening and spice things and not just unbury things from the "golden age" of WA or other random period of time.

You've actually just made me realize I don't know where to get my hands on all the original games that were used for the b2b video... All my replays from 2008-2013 are gone, I thought I had them backed up when I gave my old PC away when I hadn't...
Since OutofOrder/Auto made it, I'll try to contact him somehow, maybe he has them somewhere.

Well, as I explained earlier, the fact it's his only shot while being in a very safe position makes it a risk free easy option.
This isn't being smart, it's being a BnG geek and looking at the bigger picture, there's a difference :P
Also, I didn't complain that it was voted best shot of the season, just confused about FoxHounds reaction when there are more objectively and technical shots to choose from for the Grenade page while mostly being surprised there wasn't anything there already.
Had this never happened, I'd still be none the wiser and wouldn't care. :D
