The best 2 times of cfc combined are: 108.42 (54.60 + 53.82), same with tag (53.34+55.08), what happen then? because rules says: "- Best time overall wins." It says nothing about counting only with seconds.

54/53 is faster than 53/55
As far as I am aware TuS deal in full seconds, not milliseconds, and milliseconds in the past ONLY takes place if players finish on same full second, for example, 55/55 + 54/54 then ms would decide.

But if TUS counts in full seconds, the times would be 55/54 and 53/55 and TaG would win Komodo ;) Cause 54.6=55, not 54 like you wrote. If its higher then .49 in decimal, you count it upwards... 53.82=53 sec? Lol, it for sure will be 54 sec. You have counted the times in order to make it suit cfc komo xDD

Well, we've had this arguement before, trying to use milliseconds, and moderators say you finish on second turn ends...

I actually agree with TaG here, I believe it should be with MS time, but no one said they want that, I actually started a thread a while back asking for TTRR to be decided with millisecond time, but they all said no and told me to stfu lol.

i didnt posted cose i read the rules or not.. i dnt give a f@#! about what mods think about, since this is more about use or brain that ready some rules..
i just said a way to solve the problem in nice way, also i posted cose its tag and cfc, not as i said dC vs d0h.. from those i could have understand this drama.

Beer did you see the replay? Do you know the probabilities to have an exact draw in rr? 1 in thousands. The times that Twyrfher said are totally biased and I invite you to watch the replay, slow it down and see with your own eyes. I can do it for you: Artic 53,44; Shasper 55,08 = TaG did 108,52. Lalo 54,62; Daina 53,82 = cFc did 108,44.
In my opinion and in my short experience studying laws, the traditions make the rules and as I am aware, when you draw you just rematch the game, without taking into consideration the infamous miliseconds.
Let's see some examples of my theory of this rr tradition: In this game (https://www.tus-wa.com/leagues/game-62599/) played by MI and Jakka, according to the MS MI won. Did he report or watch the replay to see who won? Nope, they rematched the game. We can see the same situation here (https://www.tus-wa.com/leagues/game-61406/) and this was a PO game, once again according to the MS Nail won but he didn't report, he rematched the game.
Ok I might quote other players not related to this game in particular, but I can also quote the TaG guys themselves, in this game (https://www.tus-wa.com/leagues/game-50694/), six tied TaG, one more time nobody complaints about the MS. Now, let's see another rr (https://www.tus-wa.com/leagues/game-49849/) draw but played this time by TaG against cFc, if you slow down the replay you can see these times: Artic, 70,64; Guaton, 73,76; Lalo, 73,18; Daina, 70,46. That means cFc did 143,64 and TaG 144,4. We rematched the game and we lost, we made a complaint? What would have said TaG if we have done that and claimed for the victory?
Now let's see the facts in this specific game of PO, we can see it in these points of view: Lalo 54, Daina 53, Artic 53, Shasper 55. That means cFc did 107 and TaG 108 = cFc wins. Or we can see it this way: Lalo 54,62; Daina 53,82; Artic 53,44; Shasper 55,08. That means cFc did 108,44 and TaG 108,52 = cFc wins.

I just wanted to say that sometimes we waste to much time arguing in things that dont diserve that, and still this is a case like that..

TTRR has always been decided by whole seconds. This allows for tie games (example time 45.02 is treated the same as 45.98 resulting in a tie).
The only place where TTRR has gone more exact than whole seconds is in the TTRR challenges.
It's not perfect, but everyone has accepted this for a very long time now.

beer, maybe you should stop to think about the facts before giving me BS, lalo shouldn't even have to explain things in such a way for people who can't be bothered checking the game themself, then coming here and complaining at the innocent people (me(I didn't even play it lol!), lalo and cFc), even if MS time WAS a draw we would still have won with the TuS rules.
One last thing, when you have obviously lost with full seconds (the way everyone does it(except TTRR challenge), only will someone go looking for MS time and try and claim a rematch or something if they are desperate and lame imo.
