IMO:
1. Rank: be in top #A.
2. Activity : not less than B played games.
3. No Noobbashness: not less than C played games vs D% of top #E players.
Explanation:
1. Clear.
2. Clear.
3. To prevent noob bashing only non-avoiders should go to playoffs. So if #top8 player will bash only noobs he won't get to playoffs. There should be player stats whether he played required games with current top20 or not.
Example:
A=16,B=50,C=4,D=50, E=20
So:
1. Rank: be in top #16
2. Activity : not less than 50 games.
3. No Noobbashness: not less than 4 games vs half of top #20
C = only 4?
C > 4! :)

well, it's discussable.
If c=4 then u have to play minimum 40 games per season only with top20.
Now it's a bit extreme :D
At least 4 games against half of top 20 players? That's almost like... all vs all? ;)

why all vs all?
if u dont void games vs skilled players it's ok for you.
if u void them it would be more difficult to get into playoffs.
4 games vs EACH of half of top20 ? meaning 40 games?
that rule sounds pretty shitty imo

just because some1 isnt in the top 20 doesnt mean they are a noob, theres plenty of pros out there that dont play enough to reach top 20 i dont see how doing it this way would help prevent noob bashing i think it would just make everything more confusing and probably wouldnt help the problem
Yeah.. Also, define top20. Anyone who's ever been in top20? Anyone who's currently in the top20? Anyone who's getting in the top20 after you played him?
Agree with WookA, this rule doesn't make much sense.
