how do i post a map pack?

Go to upload a map (https://www.tus-wa.com/maps/map-editor/) page and upload a zip file containing your map. Alternatively you can upload your maps one by one and then create a map pack out of them. Under the list of maps there's  "Map Packs" option which allows you to select maps and then create a map pack.
